In attendance were:  Attendees were Terry Sy, Peter Chan, Mike (Kiko) Tan, Benjie Go, Jerry Yu, Nelson Go Tian, Charlie Sy, Sherwin Chua, Maning Uychiaoco, Joseph Whang, Joseph Lim, Felix Chua.

Homecoming:

1)  Our class will commit to sell minimum 300 tickets of total association target of 1,000 (at PP2,000 per ticket).

2)  Entrance ticket may be PP300 or PP500 depending on program. AAXS Committee will decide.

3)  All other previous agreements remain the same.

Class Reunion

1)  Fixed the date on July 7, 1999. Venue will be confirmed by Joseph Lim and Terry Sy on the website.

2)  Agreed not to spend substantial money on entertainment. A proposal for PP134,000 was rejected. Committee will decide.

3)  We will charge PP1,500 per person for the event.

4)  All other previous agreements remain the same.

Golf:

1)  Country Club is proposing Monday event. If non-Monday is not feasible, we will change venue to Sta. Elena. Still targetting week of June 1. Charlie Sy will post final decision on date and venue on the website.

2)  Peter Chan has furnished committee with rules, format, etc. to move ahead with preparation.

3)  Maximum of 40 teams (or 80 players).

4)  All other previous agreements remain the same.

Foundation:

Nothing to report.

Please start spreading the word around. There will not be any more big group meetings except at committee level. We need to get moving NOW.
